For years, I felt like I had tried everything. I just wanted to feel good in my body without constantly thinking about food, weight, or whether I was “doing it right.”
Instead of freedom, I found myself stuck in cycles of bingeing, restricting, calorie-counting, and obsessing, while still feeling bloated, exhausted, frustrated, and so uncomfortable in my own body.

Eventually, I realized that real solution wasn’t about finding the perfect plan, it was about rebuilding my relationship with food, my body, and myself.

Now I help other women do the same, using a holistic approach to nutrition that supports digestion, hormones, blood sugar, and the nervous system all while still leaving room for joy, comfort, and your favorite foods.

Because food should feel nourishing NOT stressful.
And taking care of yourself shouldn’t feel like a full-time job.
