What is Holistic Nutrition?
Every person is biochemically unique, therefore what one body
needs is completely different from the next. Holistic Nutrition is
based on the practice of using natural nutrition and intentional
lifestyle changes to create optimal wellness. It is a process of
interpreting body symptoms to identify underlying root factors that may be contributing to imbalances which can be holding you back from reaching your goals, and then using key nutrients and
intentional habits to address those imbalances.
Ever since meeting Dani, not only am I eating better but I actually feel so much healthier! After whipping up some recipes from her meal plans, day by day I notice myself having an abundance of energy. Dani made it easy to understand what I needed to include in my diet to reach my goals, in my case it was to gain weight and live a healthy lifestyle.
